  • Are the scrubs true to size?

  • Why is my order arriving in different packages at different times?

Some products are made and packaged by hand, so some orders may ship out separately from different state locations due to staff operating in 3 different state locations. We aim for perfection when packaging all our products. All orders require 1-3 Business days (Monday - Friday) processing before shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS.

  • When will my package ship?

All orders require 1-3 Business days (Monday - Friday) processing before shipping. Orders are shipped via USPS. Orders placed on weekend and holidays are processed the next business day. Soon as your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided from your order. 

  • My order is still saying pre-shipment, what’s going on?

When our staff creates a label to ship your package, you’ll receive a notification that your order has shipped. It can take anywhere from 24-48 hours to show tracking updates. Once a label is created USPS is notified and a carrier is sent to pick up all packages. In most cases they pick up the same day. However, depending on USPS workload, it can take them 24-48 hours to pick up. Once your package is picked up your tracking will update with an estimated delivery date.

  • Why is your website sold out?

Due to our high demand, products are only available during scheduled restocks. Every product is packaged by hand. At times, orders exceed how fast we can work. Because of this we only accept orders during a specific day and time. Subscribe to our website to be updated on restocks.

  • What is shop pay?

When you check out with Shop Pay, you have the option to pay in installments. Installments are a flexible payment option that can help you buy in larger purchases from $50 to $3,000 by dividing your purchase amount into four equal, biweekly, and interest-free payments. There are no additional fees.

After you set up Shop Pay, you see the option to pay in installments with Shop Pay when you check out with an eligible order. If you haven’t added a debit or credit card to your Shop Pay account, then you can do so during checkout and it’s saved for future purchases

If you change your phone number within Shop Pay, then you also need to update your information with Affirm before you can pay for another purchase in installments with Shop Pay.
  • My address is wrong on my confirmation.

If your address is wrong, please email us within 24 hours and we will update it. For fraud prevention we can not change your entire shipping address. However, we will update minor errors (your zip code, apartment number, house number and etc).

  • I received the wrong order, how can I return product and get product that I ordered?

If you meet the return criteria due to a mistake on your order please follow the instructions below:

​To start your return, you may return the product to the return address on the packing slip! The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Please include your packing slip and/or name and order number to ensure we have received the correct return. Upon receipt, we will process your return! We ask that you send and include a tracking number with your package via email Nursing.Essentials@yahoo.com so that we can process your return promptly and ship out your correct product order with no additional shipping cost.

Please allow up to 5-7 business days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed.
